Alfredo Pacheco invita a capitaleños a respaldar a Carolina Mejía en las urnas - Reporteros en Linea
SANTO DOMINGO.-Alfredo Pacheco, miembro de la dirección ejecutiva del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM), hizo un llamado a los ciudadanos de la capital para que voten por la alcaldesa del Distrito Nacional, Carolina Mejía, en las elecciones municipales del próximo 18 de febrero.
Pacheco elogió la gestión de Carolina Mejía, destacando su innovación en la recuperación de espacios públicos a través de proyectos como “Parques Para Todos”, la revitalización de la calle París, el Paseo Marítimo del Malecón de Santo Domingo, entre otros.
También mencionó iniciativas como ‘Plásticos por Juguetes’ y el programa ‘Jóvenes Futuro de Esperanza’, (con apoyo de alianzas público privadas), que respaldan la sostenibilidad y el desarrollo juvenil, respectivamente. “Estas y otras acciones la convierten en una alcaldesa todo terreno’’, expresó Pacheco.
Además, resaltó el papel de Mejía como impulsora del liderazgo político femenino al ser la primera mujer en presidir la Alcaldía del Distrito Nacional.
“La visión y el compromiso de Carolina Mejía seguirán impulsando la transformación de la capital en beneficio de sus habitantes”, sostuvo Pacheco.
Estas declaraciones fueron realizadas durante un acto político en apoyo a la reelección de Carolina Mejía en el sector Cristo Rey, de la circunscripción número 2, Pacheco junto a Guillermo Moreno.
